We’ve made all our Shipping Rates completely transparent to you so you have full visibility and insight into our real-time shipping costs which are directly provided by USPS and UPS. You can see rates at Checkout once you enter your Shipping Address. Keep in mind shipping rates continuously fluctuate and change and you will see this reflected at checkout day-to-day. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING All International Orders are Final Sale and can not be returned. We use UPS to ship our International packages. International Shipping rates do not include VAT and Duties. VAT and Duties are calculated by your countries Customs, you will need to pay Duties and Fees on UPS.com prior to delivery, otherwise your package will be returned. Please note, if packages are returned to us for any reason, including unpaid Duties and Fees a 30% restocking fee will be applied to your order. Additionally, any Duties and Fees owed will be deducted from any refund owed. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping fees on orders that have shipped.

PROCESSING TIME AND SHIP DATES
Order Processing Time is 1-3 Business Days, not including Holidays and weekends. Once your order is processed it typically arrives in 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday, not including Holidays). We do not ship on weekends, our team takes that time off to rest and enjoy time with their family.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
Please be sure to double check and provide your full and correct Shipping Address. We are not able to reship returned packages. All Undeliverable packages are processed as a Return minus Shipping.
