Returns
We offer a 30 day return from the day your order was placed, no questions asked, no need to explain, it’s just easy.
Your return can be initiated directly in your account under your order number within 30 days. A prepaid Return Shipping Label will be emailed to you within 24 to 48 hours, a $12 Return Shipping Label Fee will be applied to your return once we receive and process your return.
Store credit requests receive complimentary return shipping.
Please make sure to carefully package your Return to ensure that the items you are returning are not damaged in transit. Any item received damaged or late will incur a 30% Restocking Fee.
Please do not combine multiple Returns in one shipment, this creates a lot of confusion for our team. If returns are combined a 30% restocking fee will be applied to each return received.
Your Label is time sensitive, your Return must be dropped off and scanned by USPS within 30 days from your purchase date. Returns cannot not be accepted after 30 days. We can NOT refund Shipping charges on orders that have Shipped.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All International orders are final sale and cannot be returned. If your order is returned due to unpaid customs fees a customs fee will be charged to your order with the additional return fee.
FINAL SALE
Products marked ”Final Sale” cannot be returned.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
If your Order arrived Damaged, please Contact Us within the First 5 Days of receiving your order to qualify for a full Refund. Be sure to include your Order Number, Product Name and a Picture.
Requests made after the first 5 days of receiving Damaged Merchandise are processed under our standard Return Policy.
REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME
Returns are processed in the order they are received, please allow 5-10 Business Days for processing. Your refund will be issued in the same form as your payment and your Bank or Credit Card may take up to 5-7 Business Days to post your Credit onto your Statement. If you received a Gift, Returns will be issued as Store Credit or Refunded to the Gift Giver.
FREE PROMOTIONAL GIFTS
Free Promotional Gifts can not be Returned or Exchanged on their own. In the event you decide to Return Item(s) bought using a Free Gift Promotion, please be sure to include the Free Gift with the return. If you would like to keep the Free Gift but not the Item(s) you bought under the Free Gift Promotion, your account will be charged for the value of the Free Gift.
SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
One price adjustment on full-priced merchandise may be made within 5 days from the original date of purchase.
