Biome utilizes a Peptide with 15 amino acid residues containing strong antimicrobial activity. It has been studied to provide strong antibacterial results against bacteria pathogens of acne vulgaris including Propionibacterium acnes, Staphylococcus epidermidis and S. aureus. Additionally, Biome is infused with anti-inflammatory and pigmentation Biomimetic* Peptides, to help manage inflammation, redness, scarring and blemishes.

HOW TO USE
Apply morning and night right after you Cleanse. Dispense onto clean fingertips, spread the liquid between fingertips of both hands and gently spread onto the entire face and neck. Skin should feel moist but not wet. Daily am and pm consistent use is key.
ACNE AT TAHNYC
When it comes to acne, we take a different approach, we see acne as highly sensitive, reactive skin.
We prefer to keep acne prone skin in a 5.5 pH equilibrium, rarely shifting downward with very targeted focused treatments. We prefer to remove filler ingredients completely, keeping continuous consistent routine every day, am and pm. We focus on supporting and balancing the skin with skin replenishing skin identical ingredients, Peptides and sebum identical ingredients, these ingredients already exist in your skin.
We work slowly and consistently allowing skin time to replenish, it’s not overnight, our skin is an organ, it takes time to heal and see results, usually 30-45 days with skin cell turnover.
It's a hard thing to know but it's important to remember, Acne is a skin condition, there is no cure.
