Control A is a concentrated Azelaic Acid Solution formulated in various strengths. Azelaic acid has been studied to be effective in assisting with minimizing acne and inflammation, minimizing pustules associated with rosacea and acne while reducing hyperpigmentation.
This solution is in the purest form possible focused solely on results. We thought deeply about this formula and chose not to add any additional ingredients to this formula and active, rather we decided to keep it pure and focus solely on delivering results.
Control A is available up to 14% max at the highest strength prior to a prescription, and we recommend night time use. With this solution top results can be achieved with 10% used daily. If you’ve conditioned skin to Azelaic acid then feel free to move to 12% and 14%. Seeing results with Azelaic acid can take up to 8 weeks.
Control A No. 10 appears as a clear fluid while No. 12 and No. 14 are a clear to cloudy turbulent fluids with some texture that dissipate on application. All Control A's are pure concentrated formulas without buffers. We wanted you to get exceptional results at these concentrations.
No. 12 and No. 14 concentration have a silky lighter texture, we've extended the absorption time a little bit to get these highly concentrated formulas in the purest form possible. All Control A concentrations will leave skin soft and plump. But azelaic acid is still an acid and if your skin is sensitive we would recommend Complex B5. Remember these are treatments not beauty glow potions.
This formula is not beauty focused, rather, we focus on delivering high efficacy actives in the most pure solutions to address skin health and healing. Tingling and mild redness are common, if uncomfortable use Oilless under Control A to buffer while skin adjusts.

HOW TO USE
Always patch test and allow 24 hours. If your skin is sensitive apply after your moisturizer at night. Use any of our Moisturizers prior to applying to buffer so skin is comfortable during treatment while this powerful active has the opportunity to work.
We recommended conditioning the skin by introducing this active 1 to 2 times a week at night for 3-4 weeks, then if needed, move to 3 times a week for 3-4 weeks. If needed every other day use for 4-6 weeks then daily if skin is tolerant but there’s no reason to push your skin, you will still see results going slower.
There’s no need to over apply, dispense 1-3 drops onto clean fingertips, spread the liquid between fingertips of both hands and gently pat onto affected area. If sensitive, spot treat only. Avoid the eye, mouth and nasal areas. As you begin use common side effects of Azelaic acid can apply. If irritation persists discontinue use.
Control A can be used in the morning and night. We recommend starting use at night, once skin is conditioned and you’ve achieved nightly use without side effects for several months slowly introduce AM use if needed.
When working with any Acids we recommend protecting your skin with sunscreen.
